Faculty Bio

Shelly Elfner, MS CCC-SLP, a clinical instructor for Assistive Technology Partners, received her master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mrs. Elfner’s professional work experience has focused on meeting the needs of children with moderate to severe cognitive and speech/language disabilities. She comes to us from the Jefferson County School District where she utilized assistive technology to support her students in the classroom. Mrs. Elfner works with the SWAAAC Project supporting the public school assistive technology professionals across the state.
