Faculty Bio

Sarah Barthel, MS, a professional research assistant for ATP, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a master’s degree in Consumer Science.  She works most closely with SWAAAC members throughout the state of Colorado to administer educational programs, trainings and conferences.  She also manages the loan bank of almost 2,000 assistive technology devices. Utilizing her background in research, she analyzes loan bank data to better understand loan bank usage in order to foster more widespread use.
