Faculty Bio

Becky Breaux, MS, OTR, ATP, is a clinical instructor for Assistive Technology Partners, providing wheelchair seating and mobility assessments for individuals with a variety of disabilities. In addition, she participates in early intervention consultations for children birth to three years of age, and works as a consultant to the SWAAAC project, assisting with trainings and school-based assessments for students in the Colorado public schools. Ms. Breaux presents on a variety of topics related to assistive technology as part of ATP’s education program, which offers post professional training to many different audiences. Ms. Breaux comes to ATP from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma Assistive Technology Center, where she provided on-site assistive technology consultations, evaluations, technical support, training, and loan equipment to professionals and students in Oklahoma public schools and served as an adjunct clinical faculty member for the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences. Ms. Breaux has a Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
